Raymond Elie,
B.A. Communication & Phycology

Helping you stay on course with a life time of experience on the field, off the field, in the classroom & in life.

Hi I’m Raymond or to most Athletes ‘Coach Ray”, I'm an experienced mentor in the field of Athletics. With over 10 years of counseling/Advisory experience, I have worked with two of the Top Academic & Athletic Schools; Not only in Southern California, the Country, helping teams and individuals reach their full potential.

My journey as a mentor began when I realized mental health was at is highest and the importance of knowledge sharing and guiding aspiring student-athletes on their career paths in a ‘Internet” base society. I believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, where individuals can grow in all facets of life both on and off the playing field/court.

Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in various areas of the path a student-athlete will be challenged with in today’s world. From being mentor in the inner city, a student Advisor at a top Ranked Academic School, to being Student-Athlete Counselor/Athletic Liaison at a High ranked Academic/Athletic school. I've had hands-on experience with a wide range of athletes, demographics and environments.

As a mentor, I take pride in tailoring my approach to each mentee's needs. Whether it's helping someone grasp the fundamentals of a sport, providing guidance on the complex recruiting journey both academic & sport, everyday life issues or Career Advise, I strive to provide personalized support that fosters growth and confidence.

In addition to my Personal career experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Phycology. Also, actively participated in motivation speaking to schools and young adults across the country. I'm passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends that these young Athletes love; whether it be music games social media or fashion, which allows me to provide relevant and practical guidance.
